ZaRad Ecosystem (the "Platform") is operated by ZARADCO LTD, registered in England and Wales. By using the Platform you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of service

ZaRad facilitates business introductions and matchmaking. ZaRad does not provide financial, legal, investment, tax, or regulatory advice, and is not responsible for agreements made between users.

2. Due diligence

All users must conduct their own independent due diligence before entering into any agreement, partnership, transaction, or investment identified through the Platform.

3. Profile submissions

ZaRad may accept, reject, or remove any profile, opportunity, or submission that is incomplete, irrelevant, misleading, or unsuitable, at its sole discretion.

4. Privacy

Private contact details are not publicly shared. Information submitted may be used to identify suitable business matches and to contact members regarding ZaRad Ecosystem opportunities.

5. Fees

Business listings and community access may be offered free during the platform's early-growth stage. Certain curated introductions, advisory services, representation activities, or successfully completed transactions may be subject to separately agreed introduction fees, service fees, or success fees. No fee will apply unless communicated and agreed in advance.

6. Limitation of liability

ZaRad and ZARADCO LTD are not liable for the outcome, performance, or legality of any relationship, agreement, transaction, investment, or partnership arising from an introduction facilitated through the Platform.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
