Expected conduct

• Represent your business, credentials, and role accurately.
• Respect the confidentiality of introductions made through ZaRad.
• Only submit opportunities you are qualified and authorised to represent.
• Communicate professionally with other members and representatives.
• Conduct your own independent due diligence before any agreement.

Not permitted

• Spam, mass outreach, or unsolicited product pitches.
• Misrepresentation of identity, credentials, or offerings.
• Sharing private contact details of other members without consent.
• Illegal, misleading, or fraudulent opportunities.

ZaRad may reject or remove profiles, opportunities, and introductions that do not meet these standards, and may revoke access from members who breach these guidelines.
